Kitchen Table Software is committed to protecting your right to
privacy. We collect information about our customers to enable us
to process orders, and to inform them of product upgrades, new releases,
and special offers. Under no circumstances will we sell or release
your information to other marketers.
Business policies:
Billing / Credit Card Charges: Kitchen Table Software will charge
your credit card upon shipment of your product.
Taxes: By law, sales tax will be added to any products shipped
within in the state of Minnesota.
Shipping: Most orders received before 2:00 pm (CST) Monday through
Friday will be sent the same day. There is no charge for shipping
within the United States and Canada via First Class mail from the
US Postal Service. The shipping rate for addresses outside the US
and Canada is $10.00.
Return Policy: Kitchen Table Software will not accept returns unless
the media is defective, in which case it will be promptly exchanged.
